Election fever is heating up this weekend with two meet-the-candidates events.
The first is being organised by the Gisborne Chamber of Commerce and is on tonight.
A Federated Farmers-organised event is on tomorrow night.
The chamber event is in the Watson Room at the Cosmopolitan Club and the Federated Farmersevent is at the Waikanae Surf Life Saving Club - both have a 6pm start time.
