A two-vehicle crash on Awapuni Road led to tailbacks and traffic congestion this morning.
A police spokesperson said police were alerted to a crash involving at least two vehicles on Awapuni Road, near Commerce Place, at about 7.15am.
“Traffic management was in place while the scene was cleared, and both vehicles have been towed.”
St John responded to the incident sending one ambulance and one rapid response vehicle.
Two people were assessed and treated at the scene. Neither required hospital treatment.
