The annual Mitre 10 Gisborne raffle started strongly over the weekend with over 300 tickets sold during the first three days.
Hospice Tairāwhiti is excited about the opportunity to raise funds to help keep services free of charge in Tairāwhiti.
Mitre 10 Gisborne donated a 7x4 trailer and $500 ofproduct — total value $2249.
“Mitre 10 Gisborne welcomes the opportunity to support hospice each year,” Mitre 10 Gisborne owner-operator Geoff Taylor said.
“With an amazing team of health care professionals including doctors and nurses, Hospice Tairāwhiti offers a range of free care services for people in our community who need palliative care.”
The raffle closes on December 18 and will be drawn on December 21.
It is limited to 2000 tickets which cost $5 and are available from Mitre10, Hospice Tairāwhiti office, Hospice Shop, and through the Hospice Tairāwhiti website.
