Opinion

Very disappointed in VTNZ customer service on Tuesday, April 12.

The girls in the office are top notch — the workers doing WOF and COF are the ones I am complaining about.

I arrived in the line at 10.45am and by the time I got to enter no workers were around apart from a woman doing the truck in front of me — the rest disappeared to the smoko room, leaving a backlog of vehicles waiting.

Then . . . the guy doing our van did not realise it was for a COF (Certificate of Fitness) . . . he left and then there was more time waiting and waiting and waiting.

The service was unbelievable, with very frustrated customers.

Our COF wasn’t done and dusted until 1.20pm.

Come on VTNZ Gisborne . . . treat customers how you would like to be treated.

Oh, and why oh why did GDC/Gisborne Holdings have to get rid of its testing station? Fast and furious when they had it — and you still had your sanity!

PS: I arrived very late home because of this inconvenience by VTNZ. Time is of the essence with our business.
