Gisborne surfing team holds seventh place

Max Phillips competing in the under 18 boys section on Wednesday, Day 3 of the five-day National Scholastic Surfing Championships at Makorori Beach.

Gisborne was placed seventh in the team standings after Tuesday’s second day of competition, with Bay of Plenty in the top spot so far.
