A109 Light Utility Helicopter flight with mayor Gisborne City from the air in November 2023.

Firefighters were called to a house in Gladstone Road near Bloomfield Road on Tuesday night after a gas leak started from a meter outside the property.
The 111 call about it came in at around 6pm.
“We isolated the gas supply to the property at the valve and stood by until gas
authority staff arrived to tend to the problem,” a senior station officer said.
There were no reports of anyone being affected by the escaping gas.
