Gisborne artist Yung Maac has released his highly anticipated single On Me, after taking a year and a half break from music.

Having recently joined 24K Media as their first signed artist, he delivers a synth beat by Grammy Award-winning producer Sky Beats.

On Me is accompanied by visuals created by 24K Media CEO and director Lleyton Watts that bring the number to life. Yung Maac's layered harmonies mixed with Sky Beats' guitar lead and moody synth combine to give the audience a cool listening experience.

“I was listening to a beat pack in the studio and when I heard this beat by SkyBeats the melody for the hook immediately came into my head, so I just laid it down and went from there,” Yung Maac said.

“I think the vibe in the studio that night was just right, we wrote and recorded three other songs.”
