Add all the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.

2 tablespoons honey
1½ cups oat milk (or milk of choice)

Coconut chips
Granola
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and pour into two glasses
Serve cold with toppings of choice.

1 cup blueberries
1 banana
½ cup unsweetened pineapple juice
¼ cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
Place all ingredients in blender.
Cover and blend until smooth, about 30-45 seconds. Pour into glasses and enjoy.

2 cups coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
¼ cup coconut chips
2 tablespoons honey
Place all ingredients except coconut chips into a blender and blend until smooth
Pour into 2 cups and top with coconut chips and honey if desired.
