½ cup popped popcorn
50g white chocolate
Sprinkles
10 cake pop/lollipop sticks
Method
Place butter and mini marshmallows in a small microwave-safe bowl.
Heat in the microwave, stirring after every 10 seconds until the mixture melts.
Quickly add the popped popcorn.
The popcorn is very light, so you might need a little more than mentioned in the ingredients list.
Mix the popcorn into the marshmallow mixture and leave it for a minute or two.
While you wait for the marshmallow mixture to set, prepare the decorations.
Melt the white chocolate or chocolate of your choice in a small bowl. Put the sprinkles in another bowl.
After a couple of minutes roll the sticky marshmallow mixture into round balls.
Push the cake pop/lollipop sticks into the popcorn balls. Just watch that they don’t go straight through and out the other side.
Now you can either dip the pops in the melted white chocolate or spoon the chocolate over. Decorate with sprinkles.
Stand the popcorn pops in a glass jar and leave the chocolate to set.
