Otumoetai College's big news of the week is Amy Christophers' selection in the Magic netball team for 2010.
Two years in the New Zealand secondary schools netball team alongside other elite achievements in volleyball and athletics has seen Amy reap the rewards of many years of hard dedicated training. Amy is a great
person, respected by her peers and has been a
fantastic role model for our students.
Bradley Shaw and Madison Read continue to improve on the golf course with
a bit of history created in bringing the Booth Shield back to the Bay. Bradley,
now playing off an 8 handicap, was second in the nett competition with 62.
Madison, playing off a 19, netted 61.
