First Mortgage Managers Limited manages the Trust on behalf of investors and is a licenced manager under the Financial Markets Conduct Act.

If you are looking for an investment opportunity offering competitive returns and backed by a portfolio of loans secured by first mortgages, then First Mortgage Trust is the team you should be talking to.

We have been in business for over 20 years and are proud to have provided consistently higher returns to our investors. Returns currently exceed the average 12 month term deposit rates of New Zealand trading banks by close to 2%.

Investors can choose either to deposit a lump sum, make regular contributions by automatic payment, or make further investments at intervals that suit you, the investor.

Investor income is paid quarterly and can be compounded or paid to your nominated New Zealand bank account - the choice is yours.

Our term of investment is not fixed, although we do encourage investors to allow their investment to grow over the medium to long term.
