Women's Lifestyle Expo Tauranga 2016 was a huge hit over the weekend.

The two-day lifestyle expo gave Bay women the run of over 150 stalls at the ASB Arena.

The 152 exhibitors included clothing and shoe brands, a food zone, hair and make-up products and much more.

NZME operational manager for regional events Denys Astin said the expo had been another huge hit this year.

"We haven't got the official numbers yet, but this year's show was definitely on par with last year which had over 7000 people through the door," Mrs Astin said.

Each year the show drew between 6000 and 7000 women.

"All the feedback we have had was positive and all the stalls were very busy."

The expo had been running for about ten years in Tauranga, with a few years' break.

"Once again it's great to back in Tauranga, it's certainly been a successful year and we will be back next year for sure."
