Traffic is delayed as emergency services deal with a crash at one of Tauranga's busiest intersections.

A truck crashed into a barrier at the Bayfair roundabout, at the intersection of Maunganui Rd and Girven Rd about 2.30pm.

It is understood no one is injured but a reporter at the scene said traffic was significantly backed up.

Emergency services are working to manage traffic, which had been whittled down to one lane, he said.
