A truck appears to have broken down on Totara St and is blocking traffic this afternoon.

A reporter driving by the truck at 12.40pm said it appeared a truck had broken down on Totara St near the intersection with Hewletts Road.

She said it appeared traffic was backed up beyond Hull Rd.
