Three people were taken to hospital after a crash between a truck and a car on Esdaile Rd near Ōmokoroa.
A police spokeswoman said police were called to the crash between a truck and a car near Pahoia School, 27km from Tauranga, just after 8pm on Monday.
At St John
spokeswoman said St John were notified about 8.06pm and sent two ambulances to the scene.
Three people were taken to Tauranga Hospital, one in serious condition, one moderate and one minor, she said.
