Keen to get your teenagers off the couch and away from the screen?
The team at ASB Arena has come up with a perfect, active alternative for the school holidays. A Teen Sports event will be held at the arena on Friday, January 22 from 11am until 1.30pm.

programmes manager Robyn King says multisport action will be on offer at the event organised for teenagers aged between 13 and 16.
Bumperball, dodgeball, volleyball, touch and uni-hockey will be some of the activities, and Robyn is encouraging teens to form teams of six and come along for some healthy competition. Teams can also be created on the day. The cost will be $8 per teenager.
She says the younger age group are not being forgotten, with a Sporty Carnival being staged at the arena on Thursday, January 28, and targeted at 5-13 year olds.
