Western Bay of Plenty District Council has lifted all water restrictions across the district.
There has been a sprinkler ban in Te Puke for some time and the rest of the district has been on severe water use restrictions.
The council has issued a ''thank you" to residents for their patience over the summer months and for limiting their household use so water reservoir levels could restore and maintain capacity.
