The last Tauranga-wide review of rating valuations was completed in 2009. The revaluations were based on the property sales market at 1 July 2009. New ratingvaluation notices were sent out to property owners in early November 2009.
The revaluation will be used to assess rates and will take effect from 1 July 2013.
