A Tauranga punter is $10,000 richer after winning one of the Lotto special Mother's Day promotional draws.

The winning streak continues with two other Tauranga punters being among 21 players with an extra reason to celebrate this Mother's Day after each winning $17,353 with Lotto Second Division tickets.

Two lucky players also won Powerball Second Division, taking their total winnings to $29,858 with tickets bought at Greerton Lotto and New World Kerikeri.

The other winning Tauranga second division ticket was sold at Te Puna Four Square store.

It will also be an extra special Mother's Day for a Powerball player from Auckland after winning the $18.3 million Powerball First Division, with a ticket sold at Paper Plus Remuera.

This follows on from the last big Powerball win in April when a MyLotto player from Northland won $8.3m.

Two other Lotto players from Auckland and Christchurch will also be celebrating today after winning $333,333 each with Lotto First Division.

Strike Four was not struck and has rolled over to Wednesday where the jackpot will be $300,000.
