Police called to Tauranga Airport after bomb threat

Police were called to Tauranga Airport this morning following a bomb threat.

A police spokeswoman said police responded to the airport on Aerodrome Rd where a person had made a threat.

"The person who made the threat was spoken to.

"There was nothing located of concern," she said.
