Photo/ Andrew Warner A pod of dolphins that contributed to major traffic congestion yesterday has moved out of Waimapu Estuary.The dolphins spent more than 24 hours in the estuary attracting many spectators. Silver Birch Holiday Park manager Sharon Makai said people were still trying to catch a glimpse of the dolphins at 10pm last night. "My son heard them [the dolphins] early this morning, his bedroom window is close to where they were," she said.Makai said she had never seen dolphins in the Waimapu Estuary in the three and a half years she had worked at the park.AdvertisementAdvertise with NZME.AdvertisementAdvertise with NZME."It was so wonderful, there was such a good vibe.
