The girls' father, Tony Nooroa, was a fan of the reality show and said Jade Louise was a role model.
"We weren't going to miss this opportunity," he said.
"I like the way she holds herself in public and she portrays a beautiful image for our kids."
When it was the Nooroa family's turn to get an autograph, Jade Louise got off her seat and gave Courtney and Jaime a hug.
She said their poster was "pretty cool".
About 150 cheering fans managed to get autographs from Jade Louise and Tame during their time at Fashion Island.
Jade Louise said she had family in Tauranga and called the region her home away from home.
She said she had been blown away with the support for her latest single Heart of David and her first song Vibrations, which featured New Zealand hip hop artist Savage.
The song has featured in the New Zealand Official Top 40 for the past two weeks, ranked 17th then seventh. The song does not feature in the charts this week.
Tame, who is turning 24 next week, said he had spent many New Year's eves in Papamoa and it was nice to return to the Western Bay.
His experiences on the television show had given him opportunities he used to dream about.
"It's done so much for me. I'm making networks and connections with people and I'm being taken to places I never thought I'd be."
"I came from a very small place in Wellington, in Upper Hutt so I'm very much overwhelmed with it all."
