A pedestrian has been hit by a car in Mount Maunganui.
A police media communications spokeswoman said police were called to the crash between Hull Rd and Totara St after the pedestrian was hit at 10.37am.
The spokeswoman said the pedestrian suffered minor injuries in the crash.
