A week of celebrations is set to commence at the Papamoa Library and Community Centre's 10th anniversary.
It kicked off this morning with the 10 years of Papamoa Library photo exhibition.
Guests include Tauranga City Council Mayor Stuart Crosby, people involved in creating Papamoa Library and past staff members.
