Tauranga's outdoor cinema is expanding after last year's successful summer season and will screen a film in Omokoroa for the first time.
Night Owl Cinema would be screening Toy Story on Saturday November 26 at Omokoroa Domain.
Since 2013 Night Owl Cinema had been running outdoor movie nights, starting on the Tauranga waterfront and moving to Mt Drury in Mount Maunganui.
This year the organisation was moving out to other communities, including Omokoroa, Welcome Bay and Matua as part of their 'Neighbourhood Cinema' events.

The screening of Toy Story would begin once it got dark.
Night Owl Cinema's Kim Cleland has been working with Omokoroa resident Melanie Mills, who ran Valli Rebel Creative Consultant and Events Coordianting, all year and both were excited about the event.
"Omokoroa has a wonderful community spirit, we hope this event will be a way to celebrate this and bring locals together to enjoy the beautiful Omokoroa Domain," Ms Mills said.
