As store attendants, wait and bar staff deal with flocks of people, let's try our best, as their customers, to be polite and understanding.
We may be craving our morning coffee, or have been waiting in line for some time for another drink or unable to try on those new jeans in the store because the changing rooms are too packed - if so, remember it's not the staff members' fault, and they're probably doing their best in a frantic situation.
Some of us may not particularly like the service we receive or think someone hard at work may have come across a little rude but a smile and some understanding can go a long way - we may even make someone's day.
