One dead after crash involving truck and motorcycle in Judea

One person is dead after a crash involving a truck and a motorcycle in Judea.

A police spokeswoman said the crash involving a truck and a motorbike at the intersection of Koromiko St and McCord Ave in Judea happened just before 9:50am.

One person was taken to hospital seriously injured, but has since died.

Koromiko St was blocked while emergency services attended the scene, but has now reopened.

The circumstances of the crash will be investigated.

The Serious Crash Unit has been advised.
