Bay of Plenty police say missing woman 35-year-old Genevieve from Pahoia has been found safe and well.
Police earlier issued a media statement saying police had concerns for her well-being and she was last seen on Saturday at 4.30pm.
They appealed to anyone who might have picked her up hitchhiking,
possibly towards Tauranga.
Police said this afternoon in a statement she was found safe and well. They thanked the public for their concern and help.
