Save An Otumoetai College robotics team has made it to the final two in an international robotic challenge.
The high school team last night flew back into New Zealand after competing in the 2014 VEX Robotics World Championship High School Division.
The games were held in California, United States last week.
Kate Low and Logan Davy's team came second overall and another college team of Sarah Avery and Dean Strydom came second in their division.
College robotics teacher Deon Wessels said three months of blood, sweat and tears had paid off.
