Injuries after vehicle flips in Tauranga

One person has been injured after a vehicle flipped on Ōtumoetai Rd this morning.

A police spokesman said police were called about 7.43am.

“One person has injuries but they are not life-threatening,” he said.

A doctor who was passing by at the time has remained with the injured person, the spokesman said.

A St John spokesman said they sent one ambulance and one person was assessed and treated at the scene.
