I love long weekends.
It's great to have an extra day off and I will be spending my time with family and friends and taking some time to relax after a busy week at work.
It's always nice if the weather's fine but unfortunately we're in for a wet one.
The forecast is
for rain right through.
As always, the news never sleeps.
We will tomorrow bring you our super Bay of Plenty Times Weekend edition, packed with local news and features and the indulge magazine.
On Monday, we will have the local Queen's Birthday honours plus a wrap of what has been happening here, across the country and around the world over Saturday and Sunday.
If you are driving on the roads, please take care.
I hope you and your family have a great holiday weekend.
