Look out Mount Maunganui, we're coming for you! Bay of Plenty Times staff and volunteers will be visiting homes to collect for the Tauranga Community Foodbank. Photo/file
The Bay of Plenty Times will hold it's third can drive for the Tauranga Community Foodbank today.
Bay of Plenty Times staff, together with foodbank volunteers, will hit the streets in Mount Maunganui tonight from 5.30pm. Volunteers will be visiting as many homes as they can in the Grenada Starea for about an hour.
Anyone outside this area wishing to contribute can drop their donation at this time to a waiting volunteer at Arataki Park.
Previously the can drive has been held in Greerton and Bellevue this year.
