Boys and boutique fashion are not commonly connected but tonight two Tauranga boys will get a helping hand from eight clothing stores in a sold-out fashion fundraiser.

The annual fashion show has sold out the 600-seat Classic Flyers venue, twice as big as last year.

Augustine owner Kelly Coe and Heaven and Home owner Julie Bourke organised the fundraiser, now in its third year.

All proceeds will go towards different local youth each year, Ms Coe said.

This year the funds were going to 14-year-old Kereopa McDonald who had recently been diagnosed with cancer and Elijah Murray who lived with a disability, she said.

With everything from the venue, to hosts JJ, Mike and Dom from The Edge, models and clothing donated, they were hoping to raise close to $30,000.

"Ticket sales alone should raise about $24,000," she said.

She hoped the auctions at tonight's event would bump the total up to 30.
