A crash on the Tauranga Eastern Link has resulted in a ute left on top of the highway's median barrier.
Emergency services were called to the crash, near the Papamoa Domain Rd off ramp, about 7.35am.
A witness said a man driving a Toyota Hilux collided with the wire barrierthat runs along the centre of the highway. The vehicle was now half on top of it, she said.
A fire communications spokesman said fire crews were called to the scene but have left it in the hands of police as no one was seriously hurt.
Ambulances were at the scene. The driver suffered minor injuries.
