"It didn't fly [in Te Puke] because there was so much going on, so I am going all out for a Christmas afternoon."
She says if the one-off is popular, monthly sessions would be considered.
All materials will be provided and the event is free, although there is a cap on numbers so registration is required by either calling in at the library, ringing 571 8008 or emailing tepuke@westernbay.govt.nz.
There is also a minimum age of 8 and children should be accompanied by an adult.
Linda says making your own decorations means they can be personalised, they can be made to be given as gifts or they can be individual to celebrate things such as a new
birth.
