Car crashes into house in Greerton, Tauranga

Emergency services are responding to a vehicle crash in Greerton today.

A police spokesperson said police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Chadwick Rd where a car had gone through a fence and into a house about 1.30pm.

Hato Hone St John was also notified and a spokesperson said one patient in moderate condition was assessed and treated at the scene.

A two truck taking away a vehicle that crashed from Chadwick Road into a house in Harmens Way, Greerton.

Fire and Emergency New Zealand were called at 1.28pm, with Greerton and Tauranga crews attending.

A reporter at the scene said: “The crash happened off the road, when a car veered off the road and crashed into another car, then into a property”.

Traffic is reported to be flowing, with no blockages.
