A bus that is believed to have broken down is blocking Welcome Bay Rd.
A police spokeswoman said the breakdown was reported to police at 7.20am and the bus appeared to be "horizontal" across the road.
Reports to police were that the breakdown was causing a huge back-up of traffic,
