Real estate company Bayleys Success Realty has celebrated a year of “outstanding results” at its annual awards.

Exceptional staff performances across Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Taranaki were recognised on at the event on Friday.

Hosted by television journalist and news anchor Mike McRoberts, the awards highlighted Bayleys’ residential, rural, commercial and property management strength, a media release from the company said.

Chief executive Heath Young said the awards reflected a growing business consistently delivering great outcomes for clients.

“We’re seeing high performance in every area, delivering outstanding results in a competitive market.”

He said this spoke to the quality of the business’s people and culture.

Karl Davis (Hamilton – Country) was named the Overall Salesperson of the Year, as well as Country Salesperson of the Year and Top VMI Generated Award.

Across the residential business, Aman Bali (Rototuna) won Residential Salesperson of the Year and Greatest Number of Deals Settled awards.

Tauranga’s Snow Williams was recognised with Individual Country Salesperson of the Year, as well as the prestigious “Altogether Better” Award, reinforcing his reputation for delivering strong outcomes while embodying Bayleys’ collaborative and client-focused approach.

Other awards included:

  • Commercial Salesperson of the Year: Brendon Bradley, Tauranga.
  • Individual Commercial Salesperson of the Year: Rory Brown, Tauranga.
  • Individual Residential Salesperson of the Year: Sharon Hall, Mount Maunganui.
  • Top Auction Achiever: Sarah Adams, Hamilton.
  • Individual Auction Growth: Carmen Dickison, Tauranga.
  • Rookie of the Year: Debbie Nowell, Matamata.

In property management, Bayleys Putaruru was awarded Regional Growth Year-on-Year, and Toni Graham and Chloe Mosen from Hamilton were named Property Managers of the Year.

Awards also recognised the people and teams who underpin the business, the release said.

Aimee Wright (Hamilton) was named Administrator of the Year, Annette Johnson (Mount Maunganui) Personal Assistant of the Year, and Vicki Semple received the Realty Services Excellence Award.

Community and culture remain central, with Arun Mehan (Tauranga) receiving both the Big on Community Award and Greatest Growth Year-on-Year Award, while Lynn Bradley (Tauranga – Commercial) won the Bayleys Way Staff Recognition Award.

For marketing excellence, Kirt Richards took out Marketing Campaign of the Year for her work for 38 Stephens Place, Hairini.

Tauranga Residential was awarded Office Growth of the Year, while Bayleys Country was named overall Top Office, reinforcing its position as a high-performing team and a leader in the rural sector nationwide.
