The Bay of Plenty is home to many top performers in the real estate industry.

Realty Group held its annual awards evening at ASB Baypark Arena at Mount Maunganui last night, celebrating the top performing individuals and offices for the 2017/2018 financial year.

The Realty Group is made up of three brands including Eves Realty, Bayleys Real Estate and Rothbury, all individually market leaders in their own right — with a proven track record earned over several decades.

The combination of independent sales teams, two major real estate brands and a total staff of more than 450 people from more than 20 offices made for a great night with a number of fantastic achievements celebrated.

Simon Anderson, Realty Group chief executive said the awards were worth celebrating.

"It's our people that makes our company great and last night was all about them," he said.

David also won Bayleys Country Sales Person of the Year, Kay Ganley of Bayleys Mount Maunganui won Bayleys Residential Sales Person of the Year and Brendon Bradley of Bayleys Tauranga won Bayleys Commercial Sales Person of the Year.
