Bay of Plenty Lotto player wins nearly $30,000

A Lotto player from the Bay of Plenty has won nearly $30,000 in Powerball Second Division.

The winning ticket was sold online at MyLotto and the player took home $27,928 in Wednesday night's Lotto draw.

Another winning Powerball Second Division MyLotto ticket was sold to a player from Waikato who won the same amount.

Six other Lotto players from around the country won $22,438 each with Lotto Second Division.

The winning Second Division tickets were sold at:

•MyLotto Bay of Plenty

•Timaru Pak N Save

Anyone who bought their ticket from any of these winning stores should write their name on the back and check it at any Lotto outlet, online at MyLotto.co.nz or through the Lotto NZ App.
