Attempted abduction reported at McLaren Falls - police seek small blue car

The attempted abduction happened near McLaren Falls yesterday.

Police are investigating “an attempted abduction” near Tauranga.

A spokesperson said it happened off SH29, near McLaren Falls around 4.12pm yesterday.

Police are calling for information from the public, particularly about a small blue car with dark windows.
