One person has died after a two-car crash near Karangahake Gorge last night.The victim suffered serious injuries in the crash on State Highway 2 near Moresby St and was taken to hospital. They later died, police confirmed this morning.
Inquiries into the crash are ongoing, a police spokeswoman said.
