An incident that prompted an armed police callout to a Pāpāmoa property this morning has been resolved.

Police were seen at an address on Thebes Grove.

A police spokeswoman said officers were called to the address about 10.10am following a report of concern.

The armed offenders squad were there as a precaution, she said.

The matter was resolved and there had been no reported injuries or arrests.
