Save Police have released the name of the man who was found dead in Ōpōtiki on Sunday morning.
He was 48-year-old Craig Donald, of Ōpōtiki.
Donald was found dead at the Hikuwai Beach car park about 9am on April 28.
Inquiries into the circumstances of the death are ongoing.
Police thanked
the community for their assistance so far.
