Emergency services at the scene where a woman was killed a house fire at Ōmokoroa. She has now been named. Photo/file

The woman killed in a house fire near Tauranga has been named.

Detective Sergeant Darryl Brazier said the woman was Inge Provoost, 54.

Provoost lived at the Bramley Dr home in Ōmokoroa.

The death is being referred to the coroner and police are not looking for anyone else in relation to her death.

The police and fire investigation is ongoing.
