Road closures in Tauranga this weekend

There will be two road closures this weekend due to events.

Chadwick Rd - between Cameron and Greerton Rds - would be closed on Saturday from 6am to 5.30pm for the Cherry Blossom Festival.

The closure would affect the bus stop on Chadwick Road fronting 171-179, the bus stop on Chadwick Road fronting the McDonald's Restaurant and the Bus Stop on Chadwick Rd fronting the Greerton Village School.
Three temporary bus stops would be set up in various locations on Greerton Rd.

On Sunday there would be a lane closure on the seaward side of The Mall in the Mount for the Mainfreight Tauranga City To Surf Fun Run/Walk.

The lane between Adams Avenue to Salisbury Avenue would be closed between 9am and 1pm (may open earlier depending on the progress of the event).

Runners/walkers would use footpaths or the coned lanes provided for all other areas of the course.
