The Bay of Plenty branch of Keith Hay Homes scooped three of the six main awards at the company's annual national conference and dinner in Auckland.
The branch, which is based in Te Puke, won awards for Outstanding Customer Service, Most Improved Branch, and Most Efficient Branch.
BOP manager Steven Farrant reopened the Keith Hay Homes business in the region in May 2014, after the office had been closed for six months. Keith Hay Homes, founded in 1938, has 10 offices in New Zealand, from Christchurch to Whangarei.
Mr Farrant said the branch's awards reflected growth in the region. "There is no doubt the construction market in the BOP is busy and extremely competitive and it's in times like these that Keith Hay Homes can really take advantage of growing demand," he said.
"The awards are recognition of the progress and developments we have made in the branch as a team over the past couple of years."
Mr Farrant is also a board member of the Tauranga Chamber of Commerce and is chairman of the chambers' Small Business Tauranga group.
Keith Hay Homes, established in 1938, is New Zealand's leading builder of transportable residential homes, holiday homes, rural workers accommodation, investment properties, minor dwellings, commercial and educational buildings.
Other awards presented at the dinner, attended by 200-plus guests, were Best Sales Consultant and Best Production Manager, with Best Branch going to the company's Drury branch in Auckland.
