From June 20, some Bayhopper services will have their routes adjusted.

The biggest change is route 59 Sunvale-Greerton-Oropi, which would reduce the travel time from Cheyne Road to the CBD by five minutes.

The service would travel directly from Cheyne Road to Greerton via Oropi Road.

It means the bus will no long travel along Cheyne Road, Argyll, Kiteroa, Devon or Mansels Road en route to the CBD.

Route 1 Pyes Pa has changed service times and now includes an area to accommodate residents at the Copper Crest Retirement Home.

The changes to service times will also affect route 36 Maungatapu-Papamoa and route 60 Bellevue-Cambridge Heights.

One afternoon service on route 70 Brookfield-Matua service will now depart five minutes later from the CBD at 3.15pm instead of 3.10pm to accommodate students from Tauranga Boys High School.

Route 78 Mangatawa would operate on Friday instead of Thursday and the morning trip would start from Bayfair.
