Tauranga resident Gail Kearins Mcgee has been named as one of just five finalists in the Molenberg 'Create a Best Selling Sandwich' competition.
She won the second week of the competition with the Cranberry Chick, made using Molenberg Soy & Linseed, shredded chicken, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, dried cranberries, spring onionand butterhead lettuce.
The competition goes for five weeks, with the overall winner receiving the sales of all five sandwiches up to a value of $7,500.
