Tauranga resident Gail Kearins Mcgee has been named as one of just five finalists in the Molenberg 'Create a Best Selling Sandwich' competition.

She won the second week of the competition with the Cranberry Chick, made using Molenberg Soy & Linseed, shredded chicken, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, dried cranberries, spring onion and butterhead lettuce.

The competition goes for five weeks, with the overall winner receiving the sales of all five sandwiches up to a value of $7,500.
