A pop-up reading room will be appearing in Tauranga City next week for children on school holidays.
Some of the most recognisable people in the Bay will be coming along to read stories, including Dame Lynley Dodd, Harold the Life Education giraffe, players from the Steamers, breakfast radio hosts Renee
and Justin from More FM, Mayor Stuart Crosby, Deputy Mayor Kelvin Clout, Tommy 'Kapai' Wilson, Elsa from Frozen and Alice in Wonderland.
The pop up reading room will be open daily from 12pm to 1.00pm from Mondayuntil April 23 under the trees outside Books A Plenty in Grey St. There will also be spot prizes and books from Tauranga City Libraries and Books a Plenty to read.
The room has been established by Downtown Tauranga, More FM and Books A Plenty.
